  • Collaborated with researcher, content strategist, analyst, TPM, and engineers to reduce context switching for hotel staff who manage reservations (on desktop, mWeb, iOS and Android)

  • Crafted flows and defined interactions to increase hotels’ responsiveness with task automation, template creation, and machine learning models that detect guests’ intent (+5% increase in responses)

  • Led social justice design projects to improve travel for disabled, LGBTQ, and BIPOC travelers

  • Developed new inbox and chat features for hotels and guests while converting existing UI to a new design system

  • Used generative research, competitive analyses, user interviews, and usability testing to define content/roadmap
